| Welcome |
Our Mission: “For Christ we are Ambassadors in the Footsteps of our Patron, St. Paul, committed to witnessing to the Gospel of Christ through primary evangelisation, Reconciliation, Education of the young, and the use of the Media”. The Missionary Society of St. Paul was founded by His Eminence, Dominic Cardinal Ekandem in 1977 and established by the Catholic Bishops conference of Nigeria. Today our missionaries are serving the universal Church in Malawi, South Africa, Chad, Nigeria, Cameroon, Liberia, The Gambia, Sudan, Botswana, United Kingdom, Sweden, Italy, Germany, United States of America, Canada, Bahamas, Grenada and Ireland. We have two formation centres where our Missionaries are trained, the National Missionary Seminary of St. Paul at Gwagwalada, Abuja and our Formation house at Iperu Remo, Ogun State both in Nigeria. It is my hope that as you look through these pages that you will get a sense of the ways in which we serve the mission of Christ. In these pages you will find information on the countries where our missionaries are working in Africa, Europe, the Americas and the Caribbean. You will be introduced to some of our pastoral services in the countries where we work, find out about events. You will have an opportunity to see where the many support you give our missionary work are going. We also hope that you accept our invitation to partner with us and support us in our missionary activities. We are grateful to all our friends, Benefactor/Benefactress and all our Associate members for all their Love and support. As you spend time going through our website, we want you to know that we cannot fulfill our calling without your help. We invite you to partner with us as you see fit. We invite you to pray that the priests of our Missionary Society continue the faithful witness to Christ which is our calling.
